We are looking for a Senior Backend Slot Developer to join our game development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the game services that power our Slot Game Engine. These services implement the game rules, math models, bonus features, simulations, and certification logic. This is not a traditional web backend position focused on APIs or infrastructure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain game services on our Slot Game Engine.
• Implement game mechanics, bonus features, and game flow according to mathematical specifications.
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions.
• Develop and improve internal development tools when needed.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Producers, Mathematicians, Front-end Developers, and QA throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Support game certification, release, and post-launch maintenance.
• Participate in simulations and validation of game behavior.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience with C#, Java, C++, or another object-oriented language.
• Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and random number generation.
• Experience implementing complex business or game logic.
• Experience writing unit and automated tests.
• Experience with Continuous Integration workflows.
• Familiarity with Git and feature branching workflows.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English for meetings and technical documentation.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve software development productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing Slot Games or other Casino Games.
• Experience with game simulations and RTP validation.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud.
• Experience building internal development tools.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and gaming industry standards.
